We are also delighted to welcome to Chambers a new Pupil Charlotte Osborne.

Charlotte will be a welcome addition to Chartlands and she will work under guidance from Paul Tapper.

Charlotte will complete her first 6 in February 2020 when she will be keen to accept instructions on both Civil and Family matters.

Charlotte is our new pupil and joins us after returning to the UK from China where she worked as a paralegal in the Civil Litigation department handling cases in the High Court of Hong Kong. Charlotte has experience working as a County Court Advocate and many years’ experience in civil litigation as a case handler in personal injury and clinical negligence matters. During her studies, she volunteered for the NCDV drafting witness statements for
non-molestation and occupational orders.

Chartlands warmly welcomes Gemma Daniels as its latest tenant, having successfully completed her pupillage with us. Gemma has already begun establishing a successful practice in all areas of Family Law, including Public and Private law children matters. She currently combines this with a Civil law practice which sees her representing clients and insurers in Road Traffic and related P.I. matters.

Please do not hesitate to contact the Clerks should you require any further information, or wish to make a booking for Gemma.
