Gemma Stokes Joins Chartlands Chambers
We are delighted to announce that as from 2nd October 2023 Gemma Stokes will be joining our Family Team.
Gemma is a very experienced and highly respected family lawyer, having qualified as a solicitor is 2005 and transferred to the Bar in 2013.
Gemma undertakes all areas of Child Law, including Public Law Proceedings, where she acts for Local Authorities, parents, children and other family members, and Private Law Proceedings, including intractable contact disputes. She has extensive experience representing young and vulnerable clients with learning difficulties, mental health issues and addictions.
She has excellent interpersonal skills, which are helpful to both clients and professionals alike.
Gemma is Direct Access qualified.
