Saiqa Aslam Joins Chartlands Chambers
We are delighted to announce that Saiqa Aslam, who was previously a door tenant, joined Chartlands as a full member of Chambers on 1st January 2025.
Saiqa brings with her almost 30 years of experience in Family Law, General Civil Law and Immigration Law.
Saiqa has a broad family practice encompassing private and public law. She acts for parents, grandparents, children and local authorities. She is regularly instructed in cases involving domestic abuse, honour based violence, female genital mutilation and forced marriage.
Saiqa has a wide range of experience in Immigration, Nationality and Asylum law and has extensive experience of Personal Injury and road traffic accidents including credit hire. She represents claimants and defendants in small claims trials, fast track trials.
Saiqa is Direct Access qualified.
